One Click Calendar
With just a glance you can see who is available to be assigned to a job for the week. Adding a new job takes just one click. The person is assigned to the job automatically on the date selected. Adding a job takes only seconds. Choose to add a task from a list of preconfigured tasks or add one off tasks, which ever way you choose it is so quick. There are options for regular and repeat jobs also.
When you view the week view calendar it only takes one click to begin adding a new job (the person and the date are added automatically)
Send an automatic notification to the person assigned to a job to confirm the booking and message your customer with a confirmation as well.
As soon as a job is created, it is also automatically added to the calendar of the person the job is assigned to
