Pre-construction information can be added, then as the Health and Safety plans evolve the forms are updated.

The forms are accessible by all workers, including employees and contractors through the mobile phone app they use to view and update the progress of the jobs assigned to them.

All updates become immediately available to all users, although the access to the forms can be set for each separate role within the company.

Where any problems are discovered with the plans or there are any reportable accidents, diseases or any dangerous occurrences the forms can be updated instantly and appropriate notifications sent as required.

All forms are automatically version controlled so the administrator is able to access earlier versions of any form to trace and identify when and the changes that have been made.

The same app is used to manage and record competencies and qualifications for all contractors and employees. The expiry / renewal date are also recorded. Reports highlight impending renewal dates to ensure all contractors and employees are always correctly certified.

This helpful and convenient tool helps to facilitate good communications between all parties and to ensure the that there are suitable welfare facilities for everyone involved.
