Managing your sales team just got easier… using your CRM

You have to prepare a report for your CEO or the Board… how long will this take you? First of all you need to find out what all of your team are doing… and how long will that take…? Even with a small team it probably means a phone call at least and possibly a number of emails as well. This gets you updated, now you have to put all of this information together into a report. If only there was an easier way to approach this…?

 

You are on the way to an important meeting with clients yourself, actually you are taking them to watch the game of the season… but the Board have just let you know that they need your report in the next 2 hours… sound familiar?

I am sure they will agree with you, after all why should they have to spend most of their day preparing reports or updating a database after making visits and then eventually getting back to the office or at home… making it simple for them as well will mean they want to use the CRM because they will see the benefit from using it.

 

And for those joint presentations, quotes or other meetings… what if you could get a simple update on the progress of all projects simply by looking on your phone or computer…?

 

When updates arrive by email it takes up precious time to read the email and then sort and store the information. Of course it will have taken your team time to write and prepare the emails and reports as well.
