You have to prepare a report for your CEO or the Board… how long will this take you? First of all you need to find out what all of your team are doing… and how long will that take…? Even with a small team it probably means a phone call at least and possibly a number of emails as well. This gets you updated, now you have to put all of this information together into a report. If only there was an easier way to approach this…?
You are on the way to an important meeting with clients yourself, actually you are taking them to watch the game of the season… but the Board have just let you know that they need your report in the next 2 hours… sound familiar?
What if you can see all of the reports you need on your mobile phone? See where each of your team are working and who they are working with? See what is scheduled over the next 3 or 4 weeks, including how much they can realistically expect to receive orders for over the next 3 weeks.
How much time do you spend now trying to keep a track of where they are all working? and how well they are they working…? Whether you have a team of 1 or 20 or even 30 it will be much simpler if you have access to a CRM and even better when your team have access to the CRM as well.
They will work smarter and much more productively because they know where they need to work. Nothing will get missed because they can track all potential sales opportunities and quotes. The best part is they don’t mind using the CRM because they can make notes and set reminders right from their mobile phone… it is so easy! I am sure they will agree with you, after all why should they have to spend most of their day preparing reports or updating a database after making visits and then eventually getting back to the office or at home… making it simple for them as well will mean they want to use the CRM because they will see the benefit from using it.
And for those joint presentations, quotes or other meetings… what if you could get a simple update on the progress of all projects simply by looking on your phone or computer…?
When updates arrive by email it takes up precious time to read the email and then sort and store the information. Of course it will have taken your team time to write and prepare the emails and reports as well.
Instead they can do a quick update either by typing a note or just selecting from pre-prepared standard responses with a few clicks in your CRM… and this can even be done while they are still with the customer, in the car parking space or on a train… you will know what happened at the meeting and all of your reports will already be up to date and ready for you… life just got easier…!
