Prepare Job Sheets
Easily add jobs taking just a few seconds each. Allocate tasks to be completed and assign based on roles. Documents that will be required can also be uploaded into the job sheet. There is an option to download a copy if required. There is an option to restrict access to future jobs.
With just one click to open a job sheet in the app it is very simple to use. Everything they need to know about the job is included, the date, time, location (track using Google Maps) and the contact details of the customer, along with a list of the tasks to be completed. They can even view history and download any documentation, such as plans, drawings or specifications as required.
All jobs are automatically added into the person’s calendar. Information is in a restricted format, just enough to let them know they have a list scheduled (and they can see all of the detail in the app).
On completion the job (and or the tasks) are set as completed. As soon as the job status is updated (requiring just a touch) the database is updated. The user can make notes along side the tasks and upload photos.
